Why isn't my SIP trunk phone number showing details in the dashboard?

If your connected SIP trunk phone number (e.g. from Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, etc) is not displaying details in the dashboard, this may be due to a formatting issue with the phone number.

How to fix

  1. Delete the existing phone number from your configuration

  2. Re-add the phone number ensuring there are no whitespace characters before or after the number

  3. Use the correct format: "+[country code][number]" (e.g. "+447700154898")

Make sure to include the plus sign (+) directly before the number with no spaces. For example, use "+440404040" instead of " +440404040".

After re-adding the number with the correct format, the details should appear properly in your dashboard.
