Managing Multiple Users in One Workspace
If you have multiple team members who need access to the same workspace, the recommended approach is to invite them as users to a single workspace. This allows multiple email addresses to access the same workspace while maintaining unified billing and agent management.
Transferring Agents Between Accounts
If you need to move agents from one account to another, you can:
Download the agents from your original account
Create a new account with the desired email address
Upload the agents to the new account
Duplicate Accounts with Same Email
If you have accidentally created multiple accounts with the same email address (for example, one using email/password login and another using Google Sign-in), you can delete the unused account to avoid confusion. To delete a workspace:
Ensure you're deleting the correct account (verify the agents and settings first)
Follow the deletion process in the workspace settings
Important: Before deleting any workspace, make sure to back up any important agents or configurations you want to keep.
