If you work with healthcare clients and need to ensure HIPAA compliance for your Retell AI usage, follow these steps:

Signing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)

  1. Complete our BAA request form at https://forms.gle/rjAymASRBVDqApxZ6

  2. Our team will review your submission and guide you through the next steps

Important notes about the BAA:

  • The BAA applies to your entire Retell AI account, not just individual workspaces

  • Once signed, the BAA remains in effect indefinitely until terminated

Data Storage and Security

When your account is HIPAA-compliant:

  • All PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data is automatically stored securely

  • You can continue to use standard features like transcriptions and call recordings

  • No additional technical configuration is required on your end
