How does Retell protect PII when using subcontractors such as OpenAI or ElevenLabs? Do I need to contract with them directly?

You don’t need to contract with them separately. Retell already has BAAs with all our AI sub-processors, including OpenAI and ElevenLabs, ensuring protected handling of PHI/PII.
