How to Stop Monthly $2 Charges

If you are no longer using Retell AI service but are still seeing monthly charges, you likely still have a phone number associated with your account. To completely stop all charges:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Navigate to Account Settings

  3. Find the Phone Numbers section

  4. Remove any phone numbers still linked to your account

Phone numbers must be removed manually to stop associated charges, even after service cancellation. Each phone number incurs a $2 monthly fee as long as it remains associated with your account.

Once you remove the phone number, no further charges will be applied to your account.
